What kind of chameleon do you have?

If you're using clean drinking water (I just buy the 2 gallon drinking water jugs from my local grocery store) then you shouldn't need a water conditioner. From what I can see from the picture (its cuts off halfway for me) that's the supplement you use bi-monthly to dust your feeder insects in, so yes you need that. I would take a look at the care sheets here on the site for your respective chameleon. Each breed is different. :)

I use plain distilled water in my MistKing. No conditioner added. As for the multivitamins, you will need those as they are a necessary part of supplementing your cham. Rep-Cal, the brand you have in the photo, makes a good product. Like mentioned above, check your animals breed-specific care sheet to see which supplement is needed and how often.

He needs some more foliage. The multivitamin is required, and can you show us a picture of him at a different angle? He looks fine, but just want to make sure. What supplements are you using right now? Are you still thinking about breeding @Cody5225?

And I’m using the D3 twice a month and the calcium dusted crickets every morning just one per morning

You don't need the water conditioner unless you need to remove chloramines from your tap water. Ask your municipal water utility what they add to the water. If they don't use that chemical, don't add fluoride or chlorine you don't need to use it. If they add chlorine you can get rid of it by leaving tap water in an open bucket overnight. The chlorine will dissipate on its own.
