Is this enclosure good enough for a chameleon?

Pretty good but make sure you have the temps right and a UVB light

I would add some more vines and branches for walkways. Also, try and get it up off the ground and elevate it.

One thing I could recommend is a stand or something to give it more height

I agree it needs to be on a table or stand. Chameleons like to be high and their cage should never be put on the floor. I don't know what you had in there before but I've give that cage a good through cleaning before putting a chameleon in there.

I have a UVB light it's just in the back where you can't see it in the picture, I can't find a big enough stand, and teh cage is new I just got it, I don't think it looks dirty unless it's all the dead leaves on the ground from the plant.
