Is this light a sufficient uvb?

Just bought it so I can bring it back if need be but is this ok for a female panther?

it will work, but Zilla is not the greatest brand from what ive heard. Tends to die off quickly, not produe as many rays. etc.

i mean it will work..maybe just use it for six months and keep the fixture and change out the bulb to the 5.0 reptisun...

Not sure I'd keep/use that bulb for 6 months without having someone test it for me.
2-3, sure, 6, too risky.

The fixture is ok. I highly doubt that the bulb it came with is uvb. You can make use of that bulb, but you will need to purchase a uvb bulb, such as the repti-sun 5.0.

Nah it's a UVB bulb, zilla makes a few different types that all come with their own different disadvantages.
They just never really got any foothold in the reptile uvb sales.
