I have a great vet that sees all my babies. I have 5 Chams lol and this is the first case of this I have seen on any of them I am wondering if it could have come from the last batch of crickets that I received.

Mouth rot is significantly easier to prevent than to cure! If you catch it early odds are much better of curing it!

Look at the dark indentation towards the left in the circle that I drew. Indentations like that could be due to tissue deterioration below the skin. Towards the front (right) of the circle that I drew, the edge of the lip is curling outward a little. That could be a indication of inflammation causing swelling. The spot to where it is spreading is often inflamed and swolen. If it is mouth rot it is in the early phase. Better safe than sorry!

Hope this helps!
