Is he maybe too young to be able to obviously see tarsal spurs? There is a small small small bump, but they may or may not be tarsal spurs, now I’m stressing about this! Help! I wanted a male not a female

Hi again! Hopefully your Cham has grown since the first post...can you send another pic? Based off of the first pic it looks like it’s at least 3 months old. My male had spurs at 2 months so you will be abto see them.

No, they show up pretty quickly.

Both males and females have spurs, the females spurs are just much smaller so I would expect you to see some small ones.

But unless I’ve missed it you haven’t posted any pics of her heels, I’m saying female based on everything else.

Yes that’s a female you have. Time to stay researching female care. Female chameleons are like chickens they can lay infertile eggs up to 3 times a year
