Is this ok to use for a non d3 calcium supplement

Wanted to buy this as my non d3 calcium supplement but thought id ask first. On the label it says its a multi vitamin and that it contains calcium, but it doesn't say anywhere on the ingredients list about d3 calcium.

That's what I use as my multi vitamin twice a month. I'm pretty sure you shouldn't use it as your daily calcium supplement. Repashy cal plus is amazing stuff. And it takes the ridiculousness of remembering which supplement is which because its an all-in-one.

thats a vitamin powder, and while it has calcium in it its not typically used as a calcium supplement
but youre right theres no d in it

if you want a vitamin free calcium try one of these

that is a multivitamin (same one I use) but NOT a calcium
