Is this plant safe ?

hey all pulled this long vine from the yard , there's no pesticides around but I was wondering if the plant was toxic itself , the chameleon ate some of it immediately! It's the vine with the white flowers , it didn't eat the white stuff but instead these purple tips that looked like a flower that hasn't bloomed .. thanks all

Well.....I dunno what type of vine that is (Im not much of a gardener here, lol), but considering you said he already took a bite of it.....I think we'll be finding out if it's toxic or not real quick here

Looks like night blooming jasmine.
