Is this prolapse orrr??!

Hey all,

Im new to this but i need some help!

I bought a year old chameleon from a small time pet store a month ago. I noticed today while going to feed him he had this red blood clot looking thing coming out of his vent. I soaked him in room temp water. And i noticed some sperm come out of it (possibly a sperm plug). I made sure he drank water as well. But the red thing is still popping out. Im going to call a repti-vet tomorrow to get him in.
But im confused on what this can be, i looked up what prolapse looks like and i see different varietys of pictures.

I would keep it moist with KY jelly until you can get it to a vet.
