Is this something to worry about?!?

Hello, before I take my chameleon to the doctor. Is this something to worry about? I know the picture quality is kinda bad. I woke up this morning to feed him and saw this hanging out of his butt. It is pretty hard and stuck. I tried soaking it with water but I’m afraid to hurt him. Will this fall out?

Bad pic, but looks like a stuck sperm plug. Do a search of the forum on stuck sperm plug, there is some useful information.

Thank you y’all. I will try to soak it in the sink. He is already on medication because petsmart had him in a unfit enclosure. We got him when he was already sick but we wanted to give him a good home. He can’t eat on his own either.

So a quick update. He passed it this morning. I tried soaking him in the water and gently pulling it out with no luck. I called the vet in my area to take a look at him. Well when I went to feed him. The thing was out thankfully! Thanks y’all for all the help.
