I just got my new female panther and first of all she has the tail cutted like
2/8s (i think she is captured), second they told me she had 10 months aprox and i see shes like 6 months, then the problem is that she has the tummy very huge and in the 2 days it has been with me she only drink water...
I dont know if before they shipped to here,they feed her very good...
PLEASE HELP ME....

Do you mean part of her tail is missing and that you think she is wild caught?

Do you have a place for her to dig in the cage in case she needs to lay eggs?

Is she pooping? Did the people you got her from have a substrate in her cage?

Are the pads on her head sunken in or puffed out?

She looks like she could be gravid so I would get a place for her to dig in the cage ASAP. This might be why she is drinking and not eating.

but i dot think she is prenant because in the morning when i woke up and come to see her i saw her very normal not that fat.... like the picture..
What do you think the cause of that..?

if she is not so fat when you are not close to her or holding her, then she is just "puffed up"...this is normal for a cham when they are a little scared.
it's their way of saying "hey, I'm too big to eat, back off".

as for the tail, it looks like it was nipped off from a fight...possable from a cage mate. I don't think she is captured as a result of this. more like from an over populated growing cage.
keep it clean and disinfected and it will heal but not grow back.

she looks about 7-9 months old to me. remember that females are alot smaller then males.
at this age, a laying bin is needed to help ensure that she has a place to lay eggs if she needs to.

Do you know how to make a laying bin?

Well here ya go anyway haha.

Get a five gallon bucket and fill it to about 6-8" from the top with a mix of peet moss and play sand. you want a 60/40 peet/sand mix. mix water with the dirt and sand as you stir it all around. You want it wet enough that it holds its form when you make a hole or tunnel. You don't want mud though.... so its better to add too little... than too much as you go along.
