It it ok to...

Some good ones would be kale, squash, mango, collard/mustard greens, dandelion greens, bee pollen, kelp, cricket crack, carrots, oranges, sweet potato. Others will chime in on this too

If you have a veiled or a panther though, why not have 3 tubs of powder instead of 2?
Multivit. is obviously the least important of the 3, and can be a bit unnecessary if you have good gutload, but is there any reason to miss out on it?
All I'm saying is you might as well cover all bases - Chams as well as people can live long healthy lives without taking vitamin pills, and I don't bother taking them myself, but since my chams are in captivity and it costs £4 for enough multivit to last a year........

I'll be honest. I hardly ever give them multivitamins. Maybe once every other month. I do gutload very well though. Cricket crack; one of the best gutloads out there. Otherwise I probably would dust mulivitamins more often. No more than twice a month though.

Gutload

Try seperating the crix that you are going to feed your cham the night before and gutloading them with a mixture of dried baby food and mixed vegi wet food. This will keep them hydrated and the vitamins are high. Hope this helps.
