Itching ?

Maybe I'm being over worried, but I have a Nosey Be Panther, about 1 year old, and I've been seeing him itch a little more than usual. Maybe it's because I'm home from the pandemic, but I see him rubbing his face against a post, or using his hind leg to scratch. Also, I've noticed that every now and then he'll keep one eye slightly open for about a full minute. Sometimes only 10 seconds. Does any of this sound like strange behavior to anyone else ?

Any recent shedding?

I'm not sure if it's his eye, or the side of his head. He will rub his head against something, or use his hind leg to scratch at whatever.

Sorry for the late reply

I saw him scratching his right side today. I'll have to observe more before I can say for sure what he's usually scratching.

Since I can't see anything that he could have a reason to scratch except maybe his eyes, all I can say is that if you're really concerned about it tie him to vet...otherwise keep n eye on it and see what happens. Regarding the eyes...one looks like it migh be a little more protruding than the other...but I'm not sure it is.

I see a tiny white bump in the first pic...stuck shed? Then there’s something yellow just above his nose on the other pic. Or is that his nose with snalt?

So the patch on his eye looks like stuck shedding. The yellow spot isn't salt from his nose. I think that it's just a "beauty" mark.

I truly wouldn't know. He's my first chameleon, and I've only had him for 5 months. I got him when he was 1 year old.
