Jackson chameleon

Personally I keep a diet of mostly two things. Crickets and mealworms. I feed them every day but you can go every other day, I recommend about 6 a day or 10-11 every other day. I give them one mealworm every other day as a small treat, but be careful how much you give them because mealworms are very high in fat. Hope this helped :)

The best diet is making sure they have a variety of bugs.
No one bug should make up 40% of their diet.

By doing this you can help avoid hunger strikes, and make sure each bugs nutrition is added into the diet.

SIlkworms, Dubia roaches, hornworms, crickets, pheonix worms, super worms, and an occasional wax worm are what i use to feed all my chams.

Diversity is the key! Try different good quality feeders and then feed what the cham likes.. Stay open to other feeders as your Cham may stop eating one thing all of a sudden. Crickets, roaches, horn worms, Phoenix worms, silkworms, mantis, and even some safe wild caught bugs can add some good diversity (flies, spiders, bees, moths). good luck.
