Jackson issues... I think

My jackson is currently shedding and im a little worried about him. He has been "napping" during the day and is starting to lay around with his mouth open while in his basking spot. His cage is 80degrees at the top and 70degrees at the bottom with a constant humidity around 60%. Any ideas of what could be going on with him?

as I am sure you know napping during the day is not a good sign. Are you sure your temps are correct?. when you say at the top it is 80 degrees, do you mean under the basking bulb??? have you measured the temp directly under it where he basks?

back of cage on top is 80...ill have to get a basking temp in the am
