jacksonii xantholophus babies

I find it is the eyes with baby jax. They are always HUGE! Hard not to just stare at them. Then they have that reddish tone. Not to mention, they are mean little bullies as babies. Nothing like their adult demeanors. Enjoy cleaning up ALL that POOP!

They are all eye balls at this stage!! A couple of the little boys are starting to flex their muscles and act like tough guys but the girls just ignore them and walk right over them.

A couple of minutes with the garden hose and ALL those little poops wash right away. I am so jealous of people who can keep their chameleons outside all year.

Awesome job Carl! You are going to be out of room before you know it. I guess we will have to take most of the Werneri when they are finally born hahaha. Congrats man!

If you take all the werneri you and I may not remain friends. I am nuts about those guys, and my quads will be thrilled for me to have something else to worry about.

At the rate Carl is having babies show up, we may need to take up a collection to help feed them all.

Hahaha don't worry Laurie, we are out of room just like Carl is. I know Amanda really wants one but that is all we would be taking. You are free to let Carl give you the rest lol.

Carl will you be selling these or are they spoken for already? I have been considering keeping jacksons again. I had a pair when I was just starting out with chameleons as a kid. They were pretty great animals. Probably the most mellow chameleons that I've kept.

Yes Frank I will be selling them. I will put a post up soon. I'm just waiting on shipping supplies.

Nick and Laurie no fighting. Lol! I have plenty of babies for anyone that is interested.

Excellent. I live just over an hour away. So shipping wouldn't be a concern. I will keep my eyes peeled for the ad.

Frank-let me know if/when you get some and we can make a chameleon BBQ out of it (with Carl's blessing of course). Then you can meet Nick and Amanda and Kyle as well.

6/26 born date. That is about two months ago, if my math is right. Mom is looking a little pudgy. I wonder???? :D She is a solid lemon lime green now and constantly feeding, I mean constantly. Could eyeballs with a tail be in the christmas forecast?

I"m in. Just let me know what date works for everyone.

Carl

That sounds great! I was bummed to miss the last get together. I will be visiting the in-laws this weekend and have plan next Saturday, September 6, but I think every other weekend in September is free right now.

I would expect she is gravid. Be ready December-January. Her next clutch will be smaller but probably still nice sized.

The only day that doesn't work for my is Sept. 7. I will be at the White Plains show.

It was great seeing/meeting everyone in person this weekend. Carl you have an amazing collection and you obviously have a gift in caring for chams. Thanks for the male xanth and the feeders! I can't wait until he's grown and colored up.
