I read the rules, and I'm unclear on exactly how many photos you can submit. If I read the rules correctly, someone can submit a maximum of 10 photos? Or there needs to be a minimum amount of 10 photos to have the contest?

I'm sure if you're lurking around a chameleon forum, you intend on purchasing a chameleon. Once you get one, photograph it and enter it into the monthly chameleon photo contest

Is it OK to enter a picture that the background is altered?

I was under the impression it had to be an unaltered picture.

(No image modifications besides cropping and resizing are allowed.)
