It's always like that what are you talking about? The only time a veiled or panther wins is when it's that theme of a contest. Just look back at the old ones.

I think you should add on something to the original posts you make starting the contest stating that not all images are submitted for voting on and if they don't follow exact rules they will be removed. People don't seem to like to click that link
