To day I tired hand feeding him staw berries
And he shot his tUng but didnt grab I thought
That's wired and he kept doing it so I tired a mile
Worm and he ate it do you think he just
Didn't like the staw berries or ?

Two sent I had him he is a one year old
Make veild and I have him scent the
Beginging of this month and he still
Has white skin on the top front of
His crown or fin thing of his head
I see he rubs it on the plants and
Vins but it sames like it never Gose
Away is it just skin or could it be
Some thing Ells or what can I do or
Should I just wait ?

Maybe the strawberry pieces were a bit too big for him, maybe he just decided he didn't want them. Mine don't like to eat fruit much themselves.
Has he shed skin since you got him? Can you post pictures of the skin on his casque? The best way to help him shed irritating skin off is to increase humidity

it is probably just some stuck shed. Try misting him with warm water and it might loosen it up. Don't pick at it an try and pull it off. You can post a picture of it so we can see if it is shed for sure. I have heard of Veild eating strawberries. Maybe he just couldnt grab it with his tongue. Can he shoot his tongue normally to eat all his insects?

As for strawberries I'm not sure they may have something on them that makes there mucous not stick.. not sure though.

And the peice of shed a little mineral oil on a q-tip should do the trick rub It with that a little if t doesn't come off it shoukd loosen It so he can. If ur humidity is good it'll come off with his next shed

My veiled LOVES strawberries. They shoot at them but if they don't hit the part with the seeds the cut part is too slimy for it to stick. She has gotten so frustrated at that that she leaned over, grabbed Tim's (my BFs) hand, and ate the strawberry off of his hand. Don't give up on strawberries. My cham comes running for them.
