KCMO worm/bug sharing co-op?

I have a Jackson's Cham that I just bought hornworms and silkworms for. He's not enticed by either one (spoiled brat), although he loves his crickets. He's eaten one of each because it was something new but doesn't seem all that interested now.

The hornworms and silkworms arrived from Mulberry Farms about a week ago. They are mostly medium sized (3/4"-1-1/2") with a few very small ones. I am keeping them cool to slow growth, but they will get too big for my cham pretty soon. I'll keep a few more, but that's 50+ very pricey worms to go to waste. I'd rather they get eaten by someone.

Anyone with reptiles in the Kansas City, MO, area that would be willing to buy the excess for a steeply discounted price ($15 for both)? Any reptile rescues in KCMO that I could donate to?

Alternately, if there are several of us, we could start a bug sharing co-op to split the price of mail-order worms/bugs.

Awesome.

I work/live downtown, so email me at [email protected] (yes, my cham has his own email, haha), and we can make arrangements to meet. I'm free most of the day today and tomorrow (Saturday and Sunday).

I still have an almost full cups of both silkies and hornies in KCMO if anyone wants to take them off my hands for half-price ($15). My cham won't touch them and actually gives me a snooty eyebrow lift when I offer him worms.

Let me know, otherwise they are going to get frozen and then landfilled. I'd rather someone small and green have a chance to enjoy them :)
