keeping chameleons outside in florida?

So i was just wondering if i could get some info on keeping chameleons outside in Florida year round.
I know that florida temps range widely depending on where you live so Ill just give you some info =)

I plan to keep panther's only as of right now

I live in Bradenton Florida.

My backyard is not fenced in, but if i am able to do this i plan on building a large cage with locks and would obviously bring them inside if i were on vacation/ out of town for some reason.

i will take some pictures of where i was planning to keep them tomorrow when the sun is up, but i have two spots right now.
first ill just say that my house faces the east from the front door.
The first spot is under my back lanai against the house facing the west and the lanai is not screened in. and the second spot would be on the patio which the cage would be against the house facing the south.

It's just to hot to keep them out all day. I take my guys out for a few hours early morning and another hour or so in the evening.
