I personally would get a linear uvb bulb, arcadia is a great company. Go with a T5 12% HO bulb. Those mercury vapour bulbs can sometimes be abit much for chameleons. Also switch out the ceramic heat bulb and use a regualr 60 or 75 watt incondescent regular house bulb. What are you gutloading with and what is your exact suppliment schedule (Brand name, how often you use). You might want to consider using arcadias earth pro A for an all in one suppliment and also grabbing some insect fuel off of them as well to use as a complete gut load.

Apples and oranges are not a sufficient gutlaod, get the insect fuel in addition with apples, oranges, carrots, bee pollen, dandelion leaves and hibiscus flowers.

Right now the issue is with eye and not where this post sits in an old thread.
So you've tried the shower and so far no joy? It's an eye issue and really needs a good vet.
If you live near where you got the calci powder from, I can reccomend a really good chameleon vet for you.
There may be underlying issues contributing to the issue but the eye needs attention now, not later.
