keeping water warm

any ideas on how to keep the water warm in the drip system...a person told me to use a heat pad, but im afraid that it will burn the plastic...the last thing i want to come home to is a burned down house lol...thnks for any ideas and help

place the dripper near the heat fixture and the heat from the bulb will keep it warm

Is the drip system hooked up directly to your water line or is it being pulled from something?

i just have the waterline above the cage so it can drip inside on the plants

Is there a reservoir of some kind like a bucket that the water is in? If so, depending on how many gallons are in there, you can purchase a small submersable aquarium heater to put inside. Wal Mart sells a very small submersible heater for about 6 bucks. I use heat pads alot under sprayers and stuff which works well also.
