Theirs always hard feelings when it comes to these contest that's why it shouldn't be that important to you. Who knows what goes on behind the scene who makes the cut who doesn't who cares.

I don't really care that much, was just curious about why it was removed that's all. I thought it was a "PHOTO" Contest not a showcase your animal contest. I guess I'll save my photos for other contests that truly can critique good photos. Not saying that some of the photos aren't good. Just that most seem kinda cutesy and not really alot of artistic merit involved.

Your photo did not rank high enough to make the final cut. One reason for not ranking higher was that your image suffered from blurring caused by camera movement. You can see this yourself by viewing the tail on the original sized image.

I don't have you on the list. If you entered a photo it must not have met the size/ratio requirements. It is the responsibility of each member entering the contest to read and understand the contest rules. Another misunderstanding that is covered in the rules is animal ownership. Only the photo copyright is required.

Eh, it was the same size as the pygmy I entered last month, I made sure. IN fact I even have it labeled specifically as "april photo contest" on my computer.. Its cool. Thank you for responding and explaining though.

Am I still able to enter pictures of them since I won the rights but they are no longer in my care? I understand its a chameleon site and people who have chams are obviously wanting the prizes but I do have other critters that would benefit as well and do have plenty of chameleon pictures. Thanks!
