I just love these animals. "Lil H" is my first K. Multi. and my first female chameleon. She is just simply.. Great! Her lime green color, and adorable little horns. She eats like an animal but is nice as can be. Very photogenic. I wish i had a nice camera to do macro pictures with to capture everything. Inbetween her cool scale patterns, she has blue lining the different variations of green. I would highly suggest these animals for a "first timer" or anyone for that matter. Just as simple to care for as a panther, veiiled, etc.

Has anyone seen this before on the belly? Hers is always like this. She just shed last week so it has nothing to do with that. I have no explanation.

And now that you all just love these lil things... Check out seecos for sale in the classifieds ;)

Yeah the underside of the females can be pretty nice! I think I see a touch of yellow by the toes and such. That's the best. She looks great BTW.

Yes, she does have that yellow as well. You can see it in one of the pictures.
Great picture, Louis.. I wish i had a camera to capture them like that

As a former keeper of these chams and a breeder of a closely related species, I would like to add my two cents:

These chameleons are failry easy to care for only if they are captive born. I do believe Sticktongue does have a captive born female chameleon which means that the animal is in much better health than a "field-collected" / wild-caught / imported chameleon that is stressed, malnourished, dehydrated, and likely weakened by parasites. Sticktongue, can you share with us who breeds these awesome Fischer's? They are only found in Tanzania and importation has been very limited, even rarer are breeders of this species.

Good point, Chad. Yes she is a CB animal. She was bred by Louis (seeco) and he is doing a great job with them. We have been e-mailing back and forth since july and he has answered everyone of my questions about them.
