It is the first time for this show. It is also the same weekend as the Las Vegas show which is going to have most of usual and good vendors.

They have LLL listed as a vendor and they wont even be there. What a joke. LLL "WILL" be in Vegas . Everyone is signing on to the Vegas show anyway. I am going to vegas and this Kody show is only like 30 min from me. Bad timing on their part.
I know quite a few vendors and none of them plan on doing that show. I have a feeling the Kody show is going to be like a comunity center reptile show.

Maybe LLL plans to attend both shows. They can probably pull it off being a big vender like they are.
Cody came by the ChamEO booth at Pomona and asked if we can attend her show as well. I just don't have the ability to do many shows and I would prefer to go where all the chameleon dealers are going to be. That's where Dave and I are able to help the most.
A couple of months ago I had a booth at the local "Pet Fair." The problem with shows like that for an organization like ChamEO is that it's mostly about dogs and cats and most people going through the show have never even seen a chameleon before. I had to chalk it up as practice for the Reptile Show the following weekend.
Wish I could go to all of the Reptile Shows. Hope you all have a great time in Vegas!

Thanks for the support guys.... We won't let you down! We are still not sure what she was thinking when she picked the weekend we had ours planned on (and yes, ours was planned for months before she announced hers). LLL is not doing the CA show that weekend - just the Vegas show. I think she just got hopeful and started throwing out their name LOL.
Planning is looking good for the Vegas show, and we are further along than I expected to be at this point. Advertising will really kick in these next few weeks here locally in Vegas (we have started a little bit already as test runs and for feedback). Where most shows target a nationwide audience (internet banners on reptile websites), the huge majority (90%+) of our advertising money is being spend locally (radio ads, street signs and locally on Animal Planet) to get local people in the door, since these are the most likely people to show up. See everyone there!

LLL could probably pull it off but its not going to happen. I talked to them at the San Diego show and they told me they are not going and they were listed without their knowledge.
As for chameleon dealers , I can't think of one that will be at the Long Beach Show.
I think LLL is also doing a smaller show in Washington state that weekend, so they can do 2 places but not 3... We have all the major West coast cham vendors signed up. Mike of FLChams may not do it just because of the heavy chameleon concentration that will be here. He said he's going to come out and be here either way (save a Tiki Tiki shirt for him).

I'm not sure which show.... I was told by Loren at LLL that they were sending a couple people up there for a WA show that weekend. If there's no other shows up there that weekend, I'm sure that's it.
They do list LLL as a past vendor, but the LLL is on the line above the words "Reptile & Supply."

I was vending at that show last year and LLL was there. Albeit a small(er) set up and not as much stuff, but they were there.
