Laying bin

So I want to put a laying box for my Cham wondering what’s the best material to use and if there’s a good video I can use as reference I’d love that link thank you

Here is a video I found on the forum.

I have heard some folks say they use washed play sand and some that use organic potting soil. Others use 50:50 mixture if the two. Make sure your mixture (whatever you decide to use) is moist enough for her to dig a tunnel without collapsing...careful not to make it too moist though. I drilled a hole in the bottom of my 5 gallon bucket to make sure it didn’t stay too wet. My little girl hasn’t laid yet so I really actually have ZERO experience. I’m just sharing the knowledge I have learned form the people here so far. I’m sure others will help out more!

I just noticed some blues and mustard colors in my girl today. Guess I’ll be finding out soon enough if she likes her laying bin. Fingers crossed.
