Left my Chameleon's mealworms out all night

Yesterday, I took out my cham's mealworms to feed him them and for some reason I forgot to put them back in the fridge. I know you're supposed to keep them refrigerated at all times and I've never left them out before. I just put them back in the fridge this morning when I found them, they've been sitting out all night.

Are they still safe to give to my cham?

Lol!!The fridge cussed them to go in hibernation mode, so they don't pupate. They turn into beetles. Perfectly fine.

i wouldn't feed mealworms at all honestly. they are all fat and hard shell with no nutritional value
