Lemon tree?

he chomped down like nobodies business on a lemon flower blossom thing. Should we be worried about this D_:?:confused::eek::eek::eek::eek:

Would'nt worry. I had panther babies in a citrus tree last week sniping small pollinators. Blossom peddles get reeled in with tongue to. Is this a outside enclosure? I'd worry more about the tree making it, if kept indoors. Also, I would'nt worry too much about thorns. Most of the native bushes and trees their found in Yemen, are loaded with spikes and thorns. Mostly Acacia trees. There the tree that they always show a Giraffe stripping leaves from around the thorns and needles with their nimble tongue, on all the nature shows.

first pic. shows type of citrus.
second pic. shows Rudis tongue action
third pic. is a baby pink panther.

I was taking everyone's opinions into play. I said I was using it as a temporary plant, and if you look back, you can see there are way more positive opinions on the subject rather than negative ones. No one in here has said "NO, those kill chams"

We've just discussed that no one has dealt with such a situation.
And I don't see lemon blossoms on the "no no's" on plants for veileds.

And he seems to be doing just fine. Really energetic, as usual

Thanks, he seems to be doing just fine and dandy right now. And it's been a few hours. And no it's an inside enclosure, but with a 100 watt heat lamp bulb, and another coming in tomorrow. We'll see how it all works out.
Thanks for the input!

careful on that 100 watt.

It's quite excessive imho.
It can put up a lot of heat. So, make sure the distance is far enough.
I never use anything more than 50 watt.
most are content with 75 watt..
