One of my leopard geckos is not eating and her tail literally shrunk like half the size in 36 hours. has a small mark on her abdomen that wasn't there? Sneaky cricket while she sleeps perhaps? She won't drink or eat. As far as movement itself goes, she doesn't seem to be under strain or anything but she would rather stay in one spot all day. She was housed with a male (separated for feeding) and they were kept an eye on to make sure there was no aggressive behavior. They'd been together since little babies and never once have shown any hostility towards one another. I separated them anyway to see if she'd drink or eat, still nothing. I'm worried she's such a sweet little gecko who loves cuddling and is very well behaved outside of the enclosure.
