Yeah WC very spoiled she (i just call her/him a she) just got done with about 10 silkworms and decided to eat some 2.5 inch hornworms maybe an hour later. Gotta love Melleri.

I have a question though.
I just got a sambava about 4 days ago and he is 8 months old. I want to take him out and i just put my finger there to get him out and he puffs up and opens his mouth. Then I tried to put extra stick in front of him so he will climb on it and than he can come out, but he just walks away.
Any advice?

Best thing to do is hand feed as much as possible, if he refuses food from your hands just keep trying every day. The reason he refuses to interact is because he is so new to the home and needs some time to acclimate to his new environment and his new care-giver. Being that he is 8 months old he will need additional time, because more likely than not he already has a set preference of what he likes his home to look like as a sub adult. Patience is the key with these animals.
instead of my fingers can I use the 10" tongs?
