Would I need a quad fixture since it's only 18 deep or could I get away with a double.

Just want make sure I'm looking at the right pic from the other thread, is she in a reptibreeze large laid sideways over a 40b? I agree with @Goose502 on the quad if that's the right pic and you've filled it in a bit more. You could go two duals or 4 singles to get a little more spread too.

Not a bad idea there on doing a different one with out the tank. Lola came with an exo terra large screen cage. I've bought reptibreeze and diy cages ones myself and have to say, I actually like the exo terra one better other then the lower panel being riveted on rather then removable.

Yea I dont really like the tank for the bottom and its tempered glass so I cant drill holes into I really want to get rid of it.
