Light bulb is stuck how do I get it out?

Blue bulb is stuck in the lamp how can i get it out without breaking it?

sometimes they get stuck because after heating up and expanding the metals shrink again and tighten up..try turning it on for just long enough to warm it a little bit..that may help..if it does break just make sure its all disconnected and use needle nose pliers..

or a potato

with the power disconnected, a potato or a pliers. POWER DISCONNECTED though otherwise
