Light burn or shedding

Ok so for a past five days my Cham has shed but it was like he shed again strait away.

everything looked normal apart from his head it looked very white/grey today I’d say everything has finished shedding but his head is still not 100%

I’ve dropped his basking bulb from a 150w to 100w and his t5

Just looks like shed to me. How are you monitoring basking temps? 100w bulb seems excessive to me for most basking situations.

By the way that’s a good lookin boy you got there!
 
I have 2 digital thermometers and 2 stuck on the glass one on each side on the viv all temps seems good it was a little intense with the 150 I think

And thanks he’s a funny guy I can’t believe how active he is to be fair I’ve had spiders for a while and your lucky if they feed once a week lol. This guy just wants to come sit on my shoulder like a parrot haha

Did he do 2 full body sheds right after one another? When was the last time he shed before this?

Chameleon Info:

He comes out daily if I go over to the tank he’s wants to feed from my hand or go up to my shoulder

Feeding daily with a one day a week miss

Water and drinking is one thing I can honestly say I’ve not seen. I have a drip bottle dripping all day. I also mist 2/3 times daily.

NO TESTING DONE IN MY CARE. In him self he’s quite active he’s will chill and bask if I open the viv he will come down for food or just to climb onto my hand I noticed his jaw is not 100%,strait. ?

Colours are as seen in pics he pretty much stays them colours sometimes a little brighter green or little darker.

Dropping. Brown solid wet with a little white in it.

Day 85/90
He has a cool spot and hot spots there’s places to go with both heats

I’m not 100% on the names sorry I have 4 plants advises by the pet shop. I’ll get some pics added

It’s on a side unit
No fans
No traffic just humans not very busy
There’s a fridge in the same room
It’s waist height. Top of the viv is over 6 foot as it’s taller than me.

could it be extra activity of an enzyme responsible for an excessive production of hyaluronic acid? Like shar peis but for chameleons?

that would make sense. I know when they shed they have a liquid that seperates the layers of skin but is it hylauronic acid? I couldn’t find what it is. But your prob right.
