Lighting for free range

Hi guys

Just wondering if anyone knows of a screw bulb that will provide heat and uv for my Cham when he is on his free range area.

Ideally I want it to fit into a floor reading lamp I have and I can then aim it to an area for him to go go to if he needs some heat but will also get some uv too
