Lighting for Plants?

Since my enclosure is a 10gal and its 20" wide, I would like to get a linear light for my plants. Will this meet the requirements for growing my plants or will it be a waste. http://www.neherpetoculture.com/bulbsuvb its the one at the bottom. Zilla Slimline UVB Bulb/Fixture Combo (3% of course). I will be housing pygmies and I know they don't really need any light, so I'm just concerned about the plants.

The fixture should do the job, but for plant growth you want 6500k bulbs, not UVB.

Try jungle dawn led bulbs by "Light My Reptiles" They are a sponsor here and Todd is a great guy and very knowledgeable I was looking for exactly the same plant light and he had the solution without all the heat.

NE herp also sells jungle dawn led lights too
LYR is GOOD too, but if ordering plants etc etc for the viv, nice to be able to add and save shipping
