hi I'm already planning buying tropic blaze quad fixture from Todd (lightyourreptile) soon using 1 Arcadia 12%, 2 6.5k light, and grow light on it. Will be getting two of them 24" for each side, wanted to see if using a "solar bulb" that gives heat,uv, and light a bad combo with my quad fixture or should I just get a normal basking light?
Is it to much uv with solar and Arcadia ?
What watts should I use if I use solar bulbs?
The highest basking spot is shown in pictures
The lowest climbing spot will be from top to bottom is 4.5-5 ft as the cage is 6 ft tall.
Will be keeping my wc Fischer in the 3D background which will keep humidity up and other side will be for adult female veiled. ( just found out by vet I had a adult female veiled when was told and thought was a male for couple days since I got her.... Fail me...)
As for the veiled side, I will be using full size enclosure from top to bottom due to laying bin must be placed on bottom.
Will be adding more outside branches soon but the one already in place are the highest point.
So far this custom enclosure cost me about $600-700 and still counting for materials ( couple days till completed, drainage, touch up, drawers, screen and some minor things )
