Little Dripper

I bought the Zoo Med Little Dripper and was wondering how fast I should set it to drip. I have it where it drips on a few fake vines and goes into a small water bowl. Does anyone know how often it should drip?

i set mine to drip one drop every 2-3 seconds.
and you shouldnt have water bowl. use a plant to catch the water.

you mean a water bowl for excess drainage? If so, that is ok but just make sure it is not too deep, as your chameleon could fall in it and possibly drown. I use a very shallow tupperware container.

Yes, I'm using it to catch any water that falls off the vines.

You sholdnt have any subsstrate (the stuff on the bottom)
it can grow mold, amd your cham can eat it if he goes after a bug thats on it.
it can cause impaction.

Sadly, petco often misinforms new owners.

Aside from it being a fishtank and the substrait, you can keep everything else.

Because it is only open on the top , it tends to be bad for airflow and ventilation.
