Soo I bought a nice little ambilobe panther chameleon from Canvas Chameleons and it's my first chameleon, but I decided to do a DIY Custom Enclosure. So I bought a china cabinet and so far everything is going pretty well, but the one thing I'm worried about his how to water proof the inside since it's made out of wood. Would anyone recommend a safe sealant? I was thinking of maybe just getting some clear silicone and pretty much covering all the wooden surfaces, but there has to be a better/safe/cheaper way. Not done with it yet, still in the process of building it, but this is what I got so far. Oh and any ideas on a drainage system would be good. I'm trying to find some sort of plastic or acrylic to fit the bottom since it's a weird length and width I need to find something I can cut to 39x12 for a "substrate tray" that I can maybe cut a hole through and some fancy rigging of some pvc pipe to drain the water when I have everything all set up.
