Live plants

Hello all.
I live in the uk. And planning on putting live plants in my chams enclosure I was wondering if people could post the plants they use..and roughly how much they were. Pictures would be lovely too :)

Go to b&q and look for ficus plants ( weeping fig) or the umbrella plants there about £15 each for a nice big sized ones and for smallish ones will be around £5-£10 just ask someone in the garden section :)

This helped me out im also going to be looking for live plants for my new enclosures, i was gonna get them online i didnt realize i could get them from b&q thanks:)
 
I have a pothos (devils ivy) from b and q it took me ages o remove it from the brown poll type grow stiky thing ( yes that is the scientific name) but after I had I fed it around my branches it's growing great I'm sure I can see it grow. I Also have a prayer plant which has nice big leaves to hold water. A few orchids too but they are a new project not sure how well they will survive.
 
Oh are orchids ...as in the flower.. Ok to put in the enclosure..I deff like them. Saw your photos of your set up. The uv lights AT&T the top with the aluminium hoods..are they hard to put together I've just bought them but they come without instructions :confused: haha

Yeah u can get loads from b&q they have some nice healthy plants there !! And homebase too I've got some good ficus and umbrellas from there too!! ;)

No they are really easy they just clip together :)
 
They just clip over the bulbs, which lights did you go for? Those are the Arcadia t5s one is uv the over is a plant grow bulb

Their the same as that. At least that's what the guy told me. Lol I'm a bit dim when it comes to technicalities......lol see what I did there...:cool:

Awesome I live like 10 minute drive from home base and B&q and I also have a nursery like 2 minutes away haha lots of plants!!
