Are they better than reptibreeze, my year old reptibreeze is rusty :(. Any input? And the 2x2x4 is good for adult panthers/veileds...my diy cages are just not to pretty and I need to conserve a little bit of space....so if they're worth it I'll get the Lll screen cages.

i just bought a reptibreeze 2x2x4 screen for my 5 month old panther, never tried the lll reps cages but in my experience id go with reptibreeze

LLL without a doubt

The LLL cage is so much better as far as no rust and the screen is much tighter. No wavy flimsy screen.

I have not been happy with my Reptibreeze enclosure, but I have had no problems with my LLLReptile enclosures.

makes decision making easy no? :p. thanks. i'll be purchasing 2 lll 2x2x4's in the near future, hope my plants will fit :O lol.

You have a DIY cage? I was wondering how these compare in quality to the LLL? What's "not too pretty" about your DIY cage?

Howdy,

I have many of the LLL Reptile screen enclosures and have been happy with their quality. They use a coated aluminum screen and aluminum frame construction.

I had a DIY cage and the locking pins both broke off. I was unable to fix it. I was not happy with that cage either.

I have a DIY cage myself, and one of the locking pins pulled right out. I had it less than a month. They are sending me a new pin and rivets so that I can fix it myself (supplying your own rivet tool, of course). After spending $95 on a cage, you would think they would replace the whole panel. Speaking from my experience, they do not return calls or e-mails. I had to constantly call them back. I ordered a cage, and it ended up on backorder. I called to find out when it would become available, and instead of calling me back to give me an answer they just cancelled my order.

I also have a cage from LLL. I'll stick with LLL for sure. They are high quality and durable.

the one i bought off lll looked like it was painted with a spay can, and it had burrs where the corners meet, and the loking lever gets in the way when i open it i have to pull the door to the left and then pull it open... I wonder if it was just mine as my brother has purchased two from them and they have been great... I purchased mine online and my brother has bought them at the store, wonder if that matters or not?

Has anyone tried screencages.net? They make screen cages with the larger sized screen. I have 4 LLL cages and 1 reptibreeze. My larger LLL cages are kinda hard to open the doors without shaking the whole cage. I was going to order my next set of cages from DIY but they are backordered again til some time in June. So for now LLL seems to be the place to go I guess.

lol i mean diy as in I MADE THEM lol, not the company sorry. they are just to big and i'll be moving out soon. and they are not very portable lol, they would work AWESOME as an outside cages though. but i'll be moving into an apartment...so can't use them there(they are very, very large lol.)

I would always just go with the LLL cages. They seem to be the on of the highest quality cages as well as much cheaper since they still have the deals going on. I have used screencages.net and am extremley happy with them. I think they are some of the best quality and you can get larger screen so you dont have to worry about nails breaking. If you have the money and want to spend it i would give screencages a try but I just get the LLLs.

Do you know if screencages.net is back in production again? I heard they shut down for a cpl of months. Thats what the lady said that answered their #.

here are the do it yourself cages :p i made

so when i order these cages, what is the best way to make drainage for the mistking-i'm thinking set them up on a stand, drill multiple holes in the center of the plastic or pvc bottom and put a bucket underneath, if i did this...would it still hold the plants? (8 and 10 inch pots-approx all 40'' high plants.).
