LMAO help with BSFL

So, I found a store that sells BSFL but.
one of them just molted and I’m scared of it, I know they mean no harm but how am I supposed to get it out of there? Like-

You can also stick it in the fridge for a few minutes and they stop moving. The unfreeze after a few more minutes, but it gives you plenty of time to put it in the cage, outside, whatever.

They don’t have mouth parts; they can’t bite. Feed it to your Cham.

Maybe put the whole container in the enclosure, remove the lid, and close the enclosure fast.
Then your cham can hunt it down! (Yoink! Yum.) End of fly. ?

They are super easy to catch. Just grab it and throw in cage or open container and shake into cage.

I didn’t know that!Woah! Still the buzzing kinda freaked me out, I had to wear earbuds and put on some music to avoid listening to them. I just took it outside and allowed it to be free. I wanted to give it to my cham but I was scared I would accidentally let it escape and have it buzz all around my room! ?
