Names Wally (where's wally)
About 10 months old but shows a wide range of colour
Any help??

in my opinion, a lot of times with females though, its hard to determine the locale because many have that pinkish cute coloring
 
I agree that chameleon looks a lot like a female to me too, not just because of colors but the hemipenal bulge is non-existent at least at the moment.
 
But the locale could be a lot of things... She could be Tamatave? Ambilobe? A hybrid? Or several other locales that I know females a little less well... I am pretty sure abanja is off the list but idk for sure.
