And I dont answer , not that locale can be ...

He bought the animal as a network ambilobe bar .. but I do not think it's ...

I would say sambava. But there really is no definite way to tell unless he is WC or you have access to lineage information. Just as a reference, your friend should not breed this chameleon if he doesn't have either of those two things, as it could make him liable, and it would mess up anyone else's breeding projects if they buy offspring from him.
