Thanks Lisa, he will sometimes take it from our hand but not that often, if he is really hungry he may take a worm if he sees it wiggle a little, but in the force feedings he knows what is coming so he is very easy to get his mouth open, but if he is not hungry, you can't hardly pry his mouth open.he looks GREAT Sherri!!!!!!! im sooo glad hes doing well, but im not surprised with a mama like you!!
as far as his eating.. if you hold a worm or cricket up to his mouth, will he not open it and attempt to get it into his mouth? and if he does open it a bit can you kinda push/put the feeder halfway into his mouth? im just trying to figure a way away from the forced feedings...
i see its working but it would make you feel better for him to take it from you than what you have to do.. prob make him feel better also.
anyway,, you guys have done a great job with him!!!!

Thanks Laurie....he tries to eat right out of the hand but most times he can't quite get it into his mouth and becomes uninterested after two or three times of failure.....but we work with him on it everyday.
