Looking for more bugs

Okay sandrachameleon, My True Blue Nosy Be is going on a spiritual fasting as of today. I will not even offer him food for a week, all I am going to do is continue his normal dripping and misting. I hope this doesnt harm him. However, only eating superworms couldnt be good for him either. He used to devour crickets in minutes and then shoot at the silkworms w/ a vengance. Now a cricket could crawl on him and he just ignores them. So now he is going to fast for a week and hopefully we can get him back on crickets and silkworms. Thanks, I have always heard this but was too soft to really go through w/ it, but now I have no choice.:)

Good luck with the new diet. If its feeling rough, rather than a full week of nothing, offer him silkies or crickets or anything other than supers only for a while.

OK so i have received my phoenix worms and super worms yesterday. He loves them both. I was just wondering are both of these types of worms healthy? I know the phoenix worms are because they are calcium enriched, but to what extent? And the supers, are these real fatty in any way?, do they offer nutrition like a roach or a silky?

Yes, superworms are fatty. If you gutload them, they can make for a decent feeder option.

In my opinion, silkworms and roaches are better options. Which in no way stops me from offering superworms as well, because they are cheap and easy to breed and variety is good.
