just a low budget slr..canon 400d..but the lens and flash i use is the best macro set up on the market. canon mt-24ex twin macro flash and canon mpe-65mm 1-5x macro lens.the flash is diffused with 2x gary fong diffusers.all shots taken hand held..working distance is tight with this lens..

the set up would cost you about 1200£.when i bought it the cost was 1500£.

i have that exact macro, and i bought the diffusers wednesday. it is beautiful on my 1DS. thanks for giving us this info. i will post some pics when i find the connector cable.

regaurdless it is a camera worth the investment for any serious photographer.

its not the camera. its the lens and the diffusers. i have one of the best bodies, but without and amazing lens it is nothing. the lens is what makes his pictures so amazing. also some serious talent.
