Yes, it was a Tamarin tree.

How far was the resort to Lokobe Reserve?

It was about a 30 to 45 minute car ride on their roads to the fishing village where you take the boat to Lokobe. Be sure to take the speed boat, the one with the motor or you'll have about an hour paddle. We stopped several times on the way to make pictures.

The resort was a really nice place to stay and enjoy a vacation and still be able to see chameleons and other wildlife.

One more of number 28

The only chameleons we saw at Lokobe were the little Brookesia. We did see lemur, leaf tail gecko and a few bugs that I'll post later under other reptiles. The pictures in the rainforest are not very clear. The camera lens stayed fogged up due to the high humidity.

Where did you fly from to get there?

First we went to Paris for a few days and then to Johannesburg. From Johannesburg we flew into Antananarivo, Madagascar and from there to Nosy Be. I am ready to go back but this time from Italy direct to Nosy Be.

I LOVE THIS!!! Are those all nosy be? So many colors wow!
