Make cage batter.

Yes the shed looks built up into a bracelet of sorts. You are very knowledgeable in the area of pigment mutations, it is a fun field when it comes to snakes however I'm still not sure why breeders have targeted this mutation in chameleons as they are already more on the flimsy side I feel that breeding in any mutation could further weaken their amune systems or cause blindness at early ages. The black piebald trans looks pretty cool tho.
Thanks
It is true that other issues can come with translucence but this is mainly because of inbreeding to produce more of this morph by certain breeders. My shadow actually has partly back patches partly white patches and partly pink patches. He also has a wierd amount of orange. The black patches are actually caused by another similar morph known as hyPomelamism, which is much rarer as it is a recessive gene.

As a specialist I have made small cuts in these kinds of built up shed rings using small surgical scissors. It takes alot of patience and hand eye cordinaton with very slow and precise snips. I do not recommend attempting this unless you are 100% confident that you are not going to hurt her. Best bet is a health check up by your exotic specialist.

I’d be a nervous wreck trying to snip that off. Used to have a fluffy cat that refused to allow me to brush him. As careful as I was snipping his mats off, one day he moved. Emergency vet visit and 4 staples. :(

Mattes are very scary, like the quik of a black dog. I've seen some pretty gnarly wounds even by professional groomers that were attempting to remove mattes..

I have tride to take off the old skin but she would try to bite me .

Let her bite you before attempting to cut off the shed ring. She cannot hurt you! most likely she will not even bite down on your finger she is only trying to scare you away. but if she does bite i promise it will not cause you any harm. Especially at such a young age. I always offer up my thumb to bite down on when performing any kind of treatments on angry chams. It's all in my head but my thumb is indestructible compared to my other didgets lol.

  • The species, sex, and age of your chameleon. How long has it been in your care?
It is veild,female,almost 3 months.
I handle it when its time for cage cleanup so 1 time a week.
I feed it 12 crikets 2 a day.
I use repti calcium.
I used the reptirain.
cage is screen cage,
lighting schooldue 7am-7pm
huinidty is from 60%-90%

Does your calcium have vitamin D3? You need to dust your feeders with Calcium without D3 every feeding. Once every other week dust with calcium with D3, alternating with a multivitamin.
Your humidity is too high. It should be 30-40% during the day and can go much higher at night. This could cause shedding problems.
To make your cage better, add more sticks and vines...more area to climb for your chameleon. All of that empty space is wasted.

He was pretty good about letting me remove the mats and I tried to keep on top of it. He’d bite the crap out of me every time I tried to brush him. Maine coon...big cat with big teeth.

I used to have a Maine coon called Uisce Beatha meaning whisky in Irish. She was lovely with a huge bushy tail, unfortunately, as she was purebred like most Maine coons, she was at risk of many genetic diseases and eventually we had to put her down as she had feline progressive cardiomyopathy. RIP.

My guy (Bruno) started with mega colon. Within a year or so it got progressively worse so he had surgery. Pulmonary edema post op almost took him and learned he had hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and borderline kidney disease. Treated him for that and he was doing really well. Then cancer came - he had no more fight in him and I had no more money. He was a super cool cat and I adored him.
