My Mellers Chameleons are supposed to be a male and a female. AH, how the heck do I know witch one is witch? I am trying to figure it out, my vet can't either. One is larger, is he the male? Also, how do you know when a female is gravid? The larger one has a belly but I think it is from eating because I feel no eggs in it. However he is always climbing down the tree and sitting by the plant pot (free range). Is he a she, maybe wants to lay eggs. I have not witnessed any mating. Any help would be greatly appreciated. As eventually I would like some babies!! I am pretty sure my setup is ok. My vet says they are in good health except for the larger had a burn scar on his lobes when I got him. Thanks for reading!
