Male or female....again

Hey guys,
Was hoping some of you would be able to help me with sexing again. Would you say this little one is male or female?

im not great at this but i see a male cause of the bulge at the base of there tail

I thought you had to rehome your female cham you just got due to health issues?

lol - I would put $1,000 on it being a female. Pretty confident.

Yes that's me, this cham isn't mine, posting for a friend who cannot work the internet whatsoever because I couldn't tell!
